The Consulting Room Academy is a stand-alone service introduced in March 2018 which offers a new tool to help clinic owners and managers maximise the effectiveness of their staff through a new online training resource, uniquely available FREE to Consulting Room Members.
At its launch, it introduced interactive modules for front-line reception staff in a course which takes 2.5 hours to complete and is broken down into modules of 10-15 minutes that can be done over several days. The modules identify common mistakes that are often made and take the trainee through the process of eliminating these mistakes and adopting a best practice, protocol for all calls taken.
With the correct call-handling and CRM training front of house staff or receptionists could easily convert more initial enquiry calls into consultations and increase a clinic’s turnover by thousands of pounds each year.
Later we introduced another 10-module course as The Art of the Aesthetic Consultation. Suitable for aesthetic practitioners from any background, whether therapists or those with a medical qualification; anyone seeing private clients in the aesthetic environment, this online course aims to improve consultative sales skills. It is designed to be completed over several weeks, with practical exercises.
